Twelve Week Fat Loss

The only way to lose fat is to create a calorie deficit.  I will show you how to do this which should result in losses of half to one kilo of fat per week whilst still retaining muscle.  I promote a sustainable eating philosophy which should lead to long-term success.  Your food will be tracked daily and consultations are on-going.  I want to you to reach your goals and love your body.
